RAD 317 is almost certainly registered with Gloucester Record Office. I have all details from RAD 375 - RAD 408.
These all came part and parcel of my enquiries for my own Estate RAD 392.
The total cost for my enquiry was £35, which included a certification of the original County registration document and it's history up to the point it was taken off the road and the log book surrendered. The package I received from them also included permission to release the info to the DVLA / Others in order to retain the original number.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will point you in the right direction for details on YAE 350

RAD 317 was owned by a club member in 1981 who lived at Alveston Avon. It was given as being a 1952 van. YAE350 was not known at that time, but there were some other Standards dating from 1957 with a YAE reg number, which was a Bristol registration mark.

Hi, Rad 317 was owned by Bob Popham originally (the man in alveston was Roger Jones) and was purchased by me who did a full body off restoration after taking it to the a Standard Rally in Northamptonshire and getting worst vehicle in rally, then returned exactly one year later to the Standard Rally in Nottingham fully restored. At that time it was painted in Jaguar opalescent grey and shortly after was repainted in ferguson livery and was sold on several years ago to the Ferguson club in south wales. A model was made of it by KENNA MODELS. VANGUARD-DAVE
