Although the hotel is currently shut, until at least the middle of February, due to Government guidelines, the Conference Manager is still working and you can still book accommodation by phoning the advertised number: (01793) 819000 All calls should be diverted straight to the Conference Manager's mobile phone, (her name is Teresa) without you needing to select the Conference and Events Option.
I have just booked my own accommodation and the system is working. I admit it was the second attempt. One of the Club Committee had also tried and only got an O2 answer machine message. Please just persevere in these difficult times and you should eventually get through.
You will need to give a credit or debit card number to reserve the accommodation, although no money will be taken from the card. They will only ask you for the 16 digit card number, the expiry date of the card and the name as printed on the actual card itself.

I have just rung the hotel, got an instant answer and booked my accomodation without problem.

With just 3 weeks to go until the biggest Standard Event of the year, now is the ideal time to enter our International Rally.There are events on friday and Saturday but the main static rally will be on Sunday. Whatever Covid restrictions apply on the dates will be enforced, but the rally is still scheduled to go ahead as planned. In case anyone has missed getting emails, letters or facebook notification from the club, please note the rally has been cancelled due to the extension of the Covid regulations beyond the original date of 21st June given previously by HMG.
