Can anyone give me some information on the history of Standards (8's 10's and pennants) in rallying in the 1950's. I have the following results I have gained from various sources but if anyone knows different or can add to the list I would be most grateful
1955 RAC Rally outright winner Standard 10 1955? Tulip Rally 4th Standard 10 1956 Tulip Rally 2nd, 3rd and 4th and Team award Standard 8's 1958 RAC Rally 2nd, 3rd Standard Pennants
Cheers
Dave

How about; 1958 Monte Carlo second in class driven by Cyril Corbishley. The RAC Rally Team Prize went to 3 Pennants entered by the company. as well as first 3 places in the up to 1300cc class. and Maurice Gatsonides was 2nd in class in the Tulip Rally. Richard Sandilands is worth talking to on this subject. Reply here if you need more. Regards Ian.
