I have not even seen our Ten in almost a month and a half. She is sitting neglected in the Motorhouse. No problems. Running great. So many car shows planned for this year.
Two months ago my wife and I were moving cars to the Motorhouse (storage building). She planned a grand event and wanted all the cars moved there. She invited everyone. Two days till the party and she fell inside the building. Two hospitals later and three screws in her left knee put things in a different perspective. The Ten still sits in the building, waiting for someone to take it to a show or at least a drive. My wife is still not driving and it could be two more months till she can use her left foot for a clutch. She is sporting a fine contraption on her leg to keep it from moving too much. Dilemma, looking at our cars there was no running car with a automatic trans. In April we had to replace her daily driver and we got a new car with a clutch. She can't drive it. Under four years of dust was our 86 XJ6 with a automatic trans. In the last month life has returned to the XJ6 and she will have something to drive when the doctor permits her.
The Ten in lonely.
