Hi tina many thanks for the picture, it certainly does look the part, i will have to search one out now. Would i be right in assuming the rack stiffens the boot lid a bit? I must find more time to complete our little monster, roll on the summer. And thanks to the club have received my mambership today, many thanks

Hi again, no it does not seem to add anything to the strength of the boot, it is only attached at the sides. It is just sitting on rubber feet, which (in this case), are walking stick ferules. The rack is held on by two threaded adjustable hooks, which I have put black electrical sticky tape on to stop them roughing up the paint. It was quite easy to fit, and my local club and people at shows here seem to like it on the car, so I leave it on all the time. Don't put the upright lip at the front though, or it will hit the rear screen and stop it opening enough to latch the prop. I have my one with the lip to the rear, which also will stop anything falling off. You can sometimes find a complete one at autojumbles, but new there is little change from £50. Regards Tina

;D P.S. to the above. Yes they can be little monsters sometimes, my "Penny" Pennant knows how to annoy me when she puts her mind to it, but for all that she is a quite loveable little monster. Tina
